Social responsibility
Social responsibility
Social responsibility is about having a positive impact on employees, customers, suppliers, society, and the environment. It involves acting ethically, promoting justice and equality, supporting community development, and contributing to sustainable practices. Social responsibility is an integral part of Bredengens business strategy, which means that we must balance economic goals with consideration for people and the planet.
Health, environment, and safety
Bredengen aims to ensure a good working environment for its employees through proper facilitation of professional conditions, welfare, and physical work environment. The work environment should promote work capacity, learning, health, and well-being while protecting against work-related illness and accidents.
Health, environment, and safety (HSE) practices at Bredengen are conducted continuously and systematically as part of the primary activities. There should be an annual review of HSE, forming the basis for action plans with specific goals and prioritised measures.
